Services & Engagements

All service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal confirmed in writing. Quoted prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Month-to-month arrangements may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

All website content — including copy, images, code, and design — is the exclusive property of Teksyte Ltd. and is protected by UK copyright and trademark law. Work produced for clients as part of a paid engagement transfers to the client upon full payment unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teksyte Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
