Work produced for clients as part of a paid engagement transfers to the client upon full payment unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teksyte Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
